Dwelling houses comprising 3 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings, 30 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 18 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 12 no. 3 bedroom townhouses and 12 no. 2 bedroom townhouses.
