The development will consist of : demolition of existing shed: construction of a 4-island petrol filling station incorporating a kiosk (49 m2 gross), forecourt canopy, all advertising signage, underground storage tanks, circulation area, provision for air and water, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site development works.
