For a period of ten years for the addition of two wind turbines to the existing three turbine windfarm. The development will consist of the following: construction of (1) two wind turbines with hub heights of up to 55 metres and an overall height of up to 77 metres to blade tip; (2) two crane hardstand areas located beside each turbine; (3) one 20 kv substation building with associated electrical plant and equipment (4) internal windfarm underground cabling and new site access track and installation of (1) a drainage system for the proposed hardstands and road access (2) underground grid connection of approximately 910m in length, predominantely along the existing windfarm access road network and all associated site development and ancillary works
