Retail units (for class 1, shop use) with a cumulative gfa of 3,282 sq. M and 1 no, café/restaurant unit with a gfa of 115 sq. M the development will reach a maximum height of c. 8.8 metres. The development incorporates 1 no. Free standing totem sign and associated signage zones for each unit. The development will provide 201 no. Car parking spaces and 33 no. Cycle parking spaces. A new vehicular access is proposed to railway road, including associated road improvements and associated internal access roads.
