Additional pedestrian access point from ashfield, (h) closure of existing vehicular access from n56 to knocknamona crescent and (i) ancillary infrastructure to include drainage, esb substation, fencing and entrance gates, signage, retaining walls, floodlighting, netting and culverting watercourse at two locations to accommodate vehicle / pedestrian / cycle crossing.
