Maintenance: install suitable fixings to the downpipe. Sand, treat and paint the rear timber gate. Replace: temporary fencing and install adequate barrier and replace with block wall. Replace rotten timber soffit and fascia with upvc. Replace vent covers with cast iron heritage style covers. Install: glass screen to inner side of existing stair railings internal: painting: repair and repaint skirting boards, coving and architraves. Window frame, reveals & sills to be repaired and repainted. Walls where repair work is necessary. Maintenance: repair surface defects on internal walls where necessary o roof strengthening works replace: existing ceiling with fire ceiling replace the existing entrance doors to the apartments for fire rated doors.
