Expp: protected structure: (i) rake out and repoint front parapet capping using natural hydraulic lime in a flush joint. (ii) replace vents with cast iron double brick vents. (iii) carry out brick mortar repairs to badly spalled brick work. (iv) treatment and steam clean front parapet capping, granite window cills, brick facade and entrance steps in order to remove algae and carbon and/or paint.
