Protected structure: (i) carry out brick mortar repairs to badly spalled brickwork; (ii) treatment and steam clean front parapet capping, granite window cills, brick facade and entrance steps in order to remove algae and carbon and/or paint; (iii) granite plinth, dividing wall capping and granite string course – paint to be removed and surface to be treated and steamed clean.
