Sub-standard, single storey prefabricated structure at basement level to the rear of 32 mount street upper, with a new 30sq. M. Single storey structure with a sedum/green flat roof together with a replacement stepped approach down to the rear basement structure & all associated site works. 32 mount street upper is a 4-storey over basement building and there are minor works proposed to the main property which will consist of the re-opening of a blocked up original window and the provision of a new window within this opening at basement level on the rear elevation. 32 mount street upper is listed as a protected structure in the current dublin city council development plan. The development will also consist of the change of use of the existing two-storey mews building from office space to a dwelling house at 32 stephen's lane, the removal of an existing 2 sq. M.
