  • The development will consist of retention planning permission and planning permission in relation to parent planning permission reg. Ref. 2401/13 / abp pl29n. 242866 and 3600/17. Retention permission is sought for works to block f, a detached two storey 3 bedroom house including: (a) removal of dormer window and provision of 2 no. Rooflights at first floor level to rear elevation; (b) minor amendments to rear facade including reduction in glazing to kitchen and relocation of window to stair landing; (c) modifications to internal floor plans to include relocation of stairs, wc and bathroom with no increase in floor area; (d) amendments to western boundary of block f including removal of previously approved boundary wall and relocation of vehicular access gate to rear and boundary fence to south east corner of block f.
