Four-storey, three-bedroom townhouses. Each townhouse to be provided with 1 no. Internalised parking space and private amenity space in the form of rear garden (25.5sq. M-31.8sq. M), upper ground floor terrace (12 sqm) to the rear and 2nd floor terrace (10.7sqm) at front elevation.
