The development will consist of refurbishment of the existing apartment and works to improve sound insulation between adjoining units. Works will include: alterations to existing internal layout including removal of modern partition walls, construction of new partition walls, alterations to existing openings and formation of new openings. Lifting of existing floors and laying acoustic insulation between joists and laying new floors with acoustic separation. Replace non-original ceilings with acoustic boards and insulation. Alterations to a bay window to reduce area of glass and replace with timber panels. New mechanical and electrical installation including new gas boiler and underfloor heating.
