The building is currently in the form of two self-contained flats with the proposed development seeking permission to provide for a 3 bedroom, single family dwelling with an overall floor area of 214 sqm on a site area of 0.031 ha. The proposed works to the existing rear return include: a, lowering of existing floor level and to provide for a new circular stairs from basement level to ground floor. B, the creation of a new external structural brick ope with two new brick arched openings on the north elevation at basement and ground floor level. C, 14 sqm extension to existing basement with roof light. D, new arched window ope to existing return.
