The proposed development comprises minor modifications to the development permitted on site under an bord pleanala reference pl29s. 244492 (dublin city council reg. Ref. 3052/14) currently under construction as amended by dublin city council reg. Refs. 4428/17; 2059/18 and 3385/18.
