Permission & retention: retention permission for ground floor utility room/wc to the side and rear and part of ground floor extension to the rear and planning permission for first floor extension to the rear and first floor refurbishment of a two storey semi detached house. The proposed development will consist of retention of utility room/wc structure to the side and rear which replaced previously built garage structure and adjacent section of ground floor extension to the rear (total area to be retained is 14m2) and construction of a first floor pitched roof extension sitting on top existing rear ground floor extension. The proposed first floor extension measures 23m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 184m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the first floor layout including removal of internal walls and breaking through external rear wall at first floor to access new first floor extension, new family bathroom, velux window to rear roof pitch of main house and associated site works.
