Ref. 3289/20 for revised first floor extension to the rear and first floor refurbishment of a two storey semi-detached house at 179 griffith avenue, drumcondra, dublin
  • The proposed development will consist of the construction of a first floor pitched roof extension sitting on top of the existing rear ground floor extension. The proposed first floor extension measures 28 m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 189 m2). The proposed extension is similar in height, width and form to the previously approved proposal reg. Ref. 3289/20 with an additional 5 m2 in area. The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the first floor layout including removal of internal walls and breaking through external rear wall at first floor to access new first floor extension, new family bathroom, velux window to rear roof pitch of main house and associated site works
