Retention permission for development . The development works to be retained consist of the conservation and refurbishment of the ground floor, basement level, shopfront and signage details. Retention is sought for the following (a) the removal of the existing shopfront, (b) the removal and reinstatement of the existing ground floor structure, (c) the removal of non-original fabric from sections of the ground floor and basement level of the property. Permission for development , the design proposals consist of the conservation and refurbishment of the ground floor, basement level, shopfront and signage details.
