The development will principally consist of: the part change of use of 61 sqm at ground floor level from retail and ancillary office use to café and the change of use of 190 sqm at first to fourth floor levels from office use to residential use. There are 4 no. Apartments proposed in the residential portion of the building comprising 4 no. One bed units ranging in size from 46 sqm to 48 sqm.
