The proposed development seeks permission for: the change of use from vacant office/ travel agents at part-ground, first, second and third floor levels to student accommodation, comprising 6 no. Studio units and associated ancillary development including associated reception, lobby, plant area, storage and cleaners area (c. 197 sq m).
