This element will comprise a) indoor dining area (64.05 sq. M); b) food preparation area; c) storage areas; and d) access corridor. The structure will contain a rooflight. All located to the rear of nos. 163/165 and no. 159 drimnagh road; ii) provision of an outdoor dining area (32.7 sq. M) to the rear of proposed extension with access from the proposed extension and from hughes road. A canopy is proposed over this location; iii) rear extension at first floor level (40.15 sq. M) to provide a lobby to the rear of no. 161 drimnagh road.
