- 1 no. 3-bed unit, 2 no. 2-bed units, and 2 no. 1-bed units, each with access to terraces/ sunrooms; in lieu of 6 no. 2-bed units previously permitted; and at level 08 and roof level: 1 no. 4-bed unit, with access to 2 no. Existing terraces (88.6 sq. M and 71.8 sq. M respectively) at level 08 and a proposed roof terrace (171.9 sq. M) via reconfigured private access stairs; in lieu of 1 no. 3-bed unit and 1 no. 2-bed unit previously permitted, each of which had access to a terrace each at level 08, and a roof terrace each (roof terrace now proposed to be reconfigured as one); and all ancillary and associated site development works, all on a site of c. 0.52 hectares.
