M) via reconfigured private access stairs; in lieu of 1 no. 3-bed unit and 1 no. 2-bed unit previously permitted, each of which had access to a terrace each at level 08, and a roof terrace each (roof terrace now proposed to be reconfigured as one); and all ancillary and associated site development works, all on a site of c. 0.52 hectares.
