The development will consist of a) the removal of part of the roof of the two storey house at 2nd floor, the construction of an 8mx4m playroom in timber studding and clad in plywood to match the main house; roof will be double pitch and covered in slates to match existing ; windows to rear elevation only overlooking the church grounds; construction of additional stair internally up to 2nd floor level (attic level). B) the construction of a single storey flat roof granny flat connected to the side elevation on the main house, built in timber studding, the extension will be linked to the main house internally; the roof will be flat, covered in a roofing membrane; the extension will be built around the 2 major trees on site and will be minimum of 1m away from the boundary walls; there will be windows at the entrance and glazed doors at the concealed end of the extension; parking for 2 cars will be provided on site.
