Construction of new part 2 storey/ over basement level extension to east gable of house and single storey extension to south elevation at basement level and associated internal alterations. Accommodation will include the provision of a new glazed courtyard entered through existing side opening leading to new kitchen, pantry with a single storey dining area to the south elevation. Provision of 2 no. Bedrooms and associated ensuites on upper ground level and first floor level accessed off the main staircase at mid & upper landing levels. Internal alterations at basement level to provide new utility and access to new dining area and provision of new shower room to gym. Alterations at first floor level to provide revised master ensuite and access to new side bedroom and which will involve removal of existing non-functioning chimney and chimney breast.
