Work will include replacement of the shop front, repair to granite string course and related first floor brickwork dislodged and of unsound construction caused by conversion of former brick wall with pair of sash windows to shop front. Works will also include the cleaning and repointing of brickwork, cleaning and repairs to granite fascia arch and door surrounds, replacement of timber sash windows with new double glazed to match existing.
