No. 18 grafton street : cleaning of brickwork/cornice to remove soiling, repair damaged/spalled bricks and repoint in hydraulic lime at 2nd floor level. No. 19-20 grafton street: cleaning to existing plaster detailing, removal of similar at 2nd floor level and proposed new lead protection at capping level. No. 1 duke street: cleaning of soiling on flat render sections at 1st floor and 2nd floor.
