Permission for development will consist of the following : - the change of use of the existing office use to restaurant, residential and storage and the carrying out of internal and external alterations to no. 22 richmond street south; - demolish the ground level projection and replace it with a new structure matching its perimeter/footprint and containing a new stair from ground to first floor; - change to the elevation. A new internal ramp of gradient 1:12 connects the entrance level to the lift, with an additional external ramp and steps to fully negotiate the 1 metre level change between ground ffl and rear external ground level.
