Two storey dwellings comprising 1 no. Two storey traditional dormer style, 5 bedroom detached dwelling (house a); and 2 no. Two storey 4 bedroom detached dwellings (house b & c); private amenity space including rear gardens to each house; provision of separate on site car parking spaces to each house; access to the 3 no. Dwellings will be provided by 3 new vehicle/pedestrian entrances. Relocate the existing entrance off the howth road to house a; 2 new vehicle/pedestrian entrance off castle court to serve house b & c; (iii) the 3 dwellings will include roof lights, site landscaping , suds drainage , new boundary treatments and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
