  • Permission for development on a site of c. 2,665 sq. M (c. 0.27 ha) within a wider landholding of some 2.02 ha. The latter comprises the southern part of the former printworks/ smurfit site at botanic road, glasnevin, dublin

The proposed development constitutes a modification of the permitted residential development (abp reg pl 29n. 246124; dublin city council reg ref 3665/15(as modified by dcc reg refs 4267/17 and 2133/18)), which is currently under construction, comprising the change of permitted house type nos. 25-35 inclusive from 5 bed three storey terraced units to 5 bed three storey semi-detached units; resulting in a reduction from 11 no. To 10 no. Units, each comprising c. 235sq m (same area as permitted under reg ref 2133/18) with corresponding minor amendments to layout and fenestration of structures and their associated curtilages.
