Demolishing our existing single storey building containing reception office and changing rooms, and construct a new single storey building to contain a reception office, changing areas and ancillary accommodation, in addition to entrance canopy. This amendment will consist of redesign of the plan form, changes to elevational treatment and reduction in extent of demolition works complete with all associated ancillary works and associated site works.
