The proposed development consists of the following: i. Demolition of existing structures (excluding rail line): ii. Construction of an 11 storey (over basement level and plant level at roof) with setbacks at various levels, office, retail and build to rent residential development with associated facilities, terraces and balconies. Provision of two retail units (202 sqm gfa) to the corner of shaw street and townsend street and within a vaulted foundation; iv. The office element comprises 13,768 sqm. Gfa v.
