The proposed development consists of the following: i. Demolition of existing structures (excluding rail line): ii. Construction of an 11 storey (over basement level and plant level at roof) with setbacks at various levels, office, retail and build to rent residential development with associated facilities, terraces and balconies. The overall development comprises 19,908 sqm gfa including basement). The proposed development bridges over the rail line at fourth floor and above; iii.
