- The development will consist of part demolition and proposed extension / alterations and modifications to the apostolic church on 67a pearse street, dublin 2 with ridge height not exceeding 10.3m and overall floor area of 675 sqm. On behalf of our client the apostolic church (reverend patick fitgerald) we rc design wish to apply to dublin city council for planning permission to construct a new church building within the existing site curtilage comprising of the following
- Internal modifications to the ground floor level incorporating a new reception area, a new refreshment / seating area, meeting room, 4 no. Classrooms with associated toilet and amenity facilities
- Replace existing front facade with new stone clad and glazed shopfront type facade, with brick finish and new windows to the new first floor mezzanine level
- A new first floor level - incorporating a new congregation hall with associated office and storage areas
- A new mezzanine level - incorporating extended seating area
- New stainless steel lettered signage reading peoples church and new stainless steel logo. With ridge height not exceeding 10.3m and associated site development and ancillary works
