The proposed development comprises minor design revisions to block c (office), previously permitted as part of a mixed-use scheme, dublin city council reg. Ref. Dsdz2546/15 ('the parent permission') as amended by reg. Refs. Dsdz2663/16, dsdz4102/16, dsdz3572/17 & dsdz4153/17, to include: (i) replacement of a railing with louvred screen, at ground floor level on the south elevation, (ii) a new gate and louvre screen and 3 no. Building service inlets, at ground floor level on the north elevation. (iii) the omission of a louvred screen and the addition of 3no.
