Dsdz2546/15 at sir john rogerson's quay and britain quay to the north and east, state street bank to the north, benson street to the west, and green east street to the south. The proposed development comprises minor design revisions to block c (office), previously permitted as part of a mixed-use scheme, dublin city council reg. Ref. Dsdz2546/15 ('the parent permission') as amended by reg. Refs. Dsdz2663/16, dsdz4102/16, dsdz3572/17 & dsdz4153/17, to include: (i) replacement of a railing with louvred screen, at ground floor level on the south elevation, (ii) a new gate and louvre screen and 3 no. Building service inlets, at ground floor level on the north elevation. (iii) the omission of a louvred screen and the addition of 3no. Flues at eastern plant/staircore overrun, and the insertion of a louvred screen on the south elevation of the western plant/staircore overrun, at roof level.
