Units at ground floor level across blocks 2 and 3 (5 no. Additional units in block 2 and 4 no. Additional units in block 3 consisting of 3 no. Studio units, 2 no. 1 bedroom units, 3 no. 2 bedroom units and 1 no. 3 bedroom units overall) in place of previously permitted 20 no. Undercroft car parking spaces; - the ground floor level of all blocks increases by approximately +300mm. The overall height of block 1 remains as permitted.
