Purpose-built student accommodation bedspaces (251 no. Standard rooms, 5 no. Studios and 12 no. Accessible rooms) across a single block ranging in height from 5 storeys (17.25 metres above ground level) to 8 storeys (26.19 metres above ground level) to parapet height, with plant enclosure at roof level (total height 27.95 metres), accessed from swords road and church lane. - café unit at northwest corner (c. 71 sq. M) at ground floor with outdoor seating area adjacent to northern and western elevations accessed from church lane, enclosed with reconstructed stone wall at swords road elevation. - provision of c. 631 sq. M of student amenities and services at ground floor level consisting of gym, library, coworking space, games area, reception and lobby, laundry, office/ admin, refuse and parcel rooms. - provision of c. 891 sq.
