Accessible rooms) across a single block ranging in height from 5 storeys (17.25 metres above ground level) to 8 storeys (26.19 metres above ground level) to parapet height, with plant enclosure at roof level (total height 27.95 metres), accessed from swords road and church lane. - café unit at northwest corner (c. 71 sq.
