Dwellings (37no. 1-bed, 66no. 2-bed and 2no. 3-bed apartment units), all with private balconies; and, internal residential amenity space (c. 210 sq. M gross floor area) at basement level

The demolition of the buildings at nos. 36 and 38 was carried out under planning permission (an bord pleanala ref:300976; dcc reg. Ref. 3970/17) and the current application seeks to amend that permission by proposing to complete the development of the site in accordance with the plans and particulars lodged with this application in the context of the proposed development as set out above.
