The proposed development seeks amendments to consented strategic housing development abp-307197-20. The proposed amendments to abp ref. Abp-307197-20 at this site broadly comprise design modifications to the permitted residential apartment building, dwelling mix and associated site works, to include: addition of between 1no. And 2no. Floors to the permitted building increasing the highest point from 12-storeys to 14-storeys, overall resulting in a modulating residential building height of 3 to 14 storeys, over basement.
