M to the rear and side, incorporating 4 no bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry with 4 windows facing to the rear and 3 no. The side, attic level extension to rear and side of 63 sq. M incorporating 1 no bed room and bathroom 1 no dormer and 1 windows and two skylights facing to the rear. It is proposed to increase the ridge height in no. 56 by 975mm to equal the new ridge in no. 55 thereby bringing the new attic space in both houses to habitable standard.
