Dublin city council - we, persian properties unlimited, intend to apply for permission for development of this site at 16-20 cumberland street south, dublin 2, d02y097 and 41-47 fenian street, dublin 2, d02h678. The development will consist of a change of use on the 7th floor of the previously approved planning application reg. Ref. 4018/24 for the construction of a new hotel extension building, from bedrooms to restaurant use, comprising of the following: (i) change of use on the 7th floor from 6 number suite bedrooms to restaurant and south facing terrace with associated service and back of house areas (kitchen, toilets & storage). (ii) external terrace area of 78m2. Terrace area has been restricted to prevent overlooking of properties to the north and east of the hotel extension (iii) proposed 7th floor internal floor area decreased by 36m2. (iv) proposed new external services area to the east end of the terrace to be screened (not accessible by public).
