The proposed development will consist of the demolition of existing ground floor extension and construction of a ground floor full width flat roof extension of 28 m2 and first floor full width flat roof extension of 12m2 to the rear to give a total extended area of 40 m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 86 m2).
