Protected structure: we, allied irish bank plc, intend to apply for permission for remedial works to a recorded protected structure (rps ref. No. 2099 under the dublin city development plan 2022-2028) at this site: aib, 7-12 dame street, dublin 2, co. Dublin. The application relates to: (i) internal alteration works to accommodate new protected lobbies to existing stairs and fire upgrades to existing screens and doors, removal of non-original walls, upgrade of existing ground floor mezzanine to 60-minute fire rating and formation of new fire escape opening in original fabric.
