Protected structure: the development consists of: (i) cleaning and local repointing repairs of existing brickwork where required to the front façade and the brick chimney stacks; (ii) upgrade of the existing upvc rainwater goods to the rear and side elevations to heritage grade, cast iron goods and refurbishment of the existing cast iron rainwater downpipes and gutters; (iii) cleaning and repointing of the central granite front entrance steps; (iv) removal of single storey lean-to extension to the eastern gable (6 sq. M); (v) removal of the existing single storey, western and rear extensions (88 sq.
