Mr the applicant seeks full planning permission for the integration of the 7th floor, two bedroom apartment no. 31 (floor area 78m2) with the 8th floor, two bedroom penthouse apartment, no. 32 (floor area 305m2) via the 7th floor by a single door in the party wall between the two apartments on the 7th floor.
