The proposed development will consist of the conversion of two penthouse apartments, no. 16 is 88.5m2 and no. 17 is 128.2m2, to use as a single 3no. Bedroomed apartment totalling 218.5m2, with associated internal modifications and development works, including the partial demolition of the party wall between the two apartments, the removal of 1no.
