Demolition of existing single storey extensions to the southeast gable-end and to the rear of the existing dwelling, and the construction of a new 2 storey/-part-single storey extension to the southeast gable-end and a new single storey extension to the rear in lieu of same. The proposed development will also comprise the construction of a new single storey car port extension to the front elevation, alterations to existing window openings to the front, side and rear elevations and velux rooflights to the front and rear elevations, together with the conversion of an existing single storey out-building to the rear into a home gym & store. In addition, it is proposed that one of the two existing vehicular site entrances to the front boundary will be blocked up, and the remaining existing vehicular entrance (south-west) will be modified to incorporate a seperate pedestrian entrance gate, together with the raising of the existing wall to the front boundary of the property, and all associated ancillary site works, including connections into existing services.
