The development will consist of: (1) alterations to an existing detached part single storey, part two storey over basement house, to include the demolition of 1no. Turret (10.7 sqm) to the rear and removal of 1no. Turret to the front/centre of the dwelling, demolition of internal porch (2.7 sqm) to the front, removal of 1no.
