The development will consist and consist of: intend to apply for full planning permission and retention planning permission for the following to the existing bungalow with attached domestic garage and gym. Full planning permission is sought to part demolish the ground floor side and rear walls and to integrate a proposed single storey rear extension to the existing house with rooflights overhead on the front and rear main roof. Demolish part of the front elevation and internal walls to allow a new single storey porch to the front elevation taking in part of the existing adjoining garage. Create some first floor storage in the form of a mezzanine over the proposed livingroom-kitchen. Change the opening and glazing to accommodate the new design. Retain existing adjoining single storey gym. Maintain connection to public sewerage and surface water and all ancillary site works.
