The development will consist of: the refurbishment and restoration of several existing timber sash windows to the front and rear elevations of the existing dwelling, to include the careful removal of existing single glazing and the installation of slimline double-glazed units within the existing/repaired timber sashes. Internal alterations at first-floor level to accommodate the installation of a new en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The removal of a non-original window at lower ground floor level to the rear elevation, and the installation of a new set of timber french doors in its place.
