I refer to the planning permission ref. D25a/0437, ''the planning authority notes that the repositioning of the porch in a similar manner to n. 31 st. Begnets villas (permitted under reg, ref d21a/0352) may result in an arrangement which would address section 12.3. 1 and 12.4. 8.1 of the development plan''. In response to this condition, we are proposing a minor amendment and improve the existing entrance.
